I want this!!! I love Invivo and their yoga classes!!!!
I started law school this year and have not been able to incorporate much exercise in my day. I want to get back on track and get healthy even more than just getting into shape. Fun classes and workouts that keep my interest would really get me started on the right track.
whoops, tried to update my last comment but I couldn’t. Anywho, I think a personal training session would help me formulate a plan of what kind of workouts I should be doing… also I just love yoga and having access to all of invivo’s classes for three months would be sooooo awesome. I don’t have a lot of money to pay for the extra classes, so I’ve only been able to do the free one.
ooh. sounds interesting. i’m game
I would totally love this!! I have gone to a few yoga classes at Invivo and love the place. It’s clean and everyone is super nice. I just started to do yoga, and it has really been helping me. It also really strengthens it (which is very good for my scoliosis). So, it would be rad to have that membership to get to more classes. I am also going to start training for a 10k, but haven’t really been able to get outside because of the cold (and don’t have the money right now to belong to a gym). I have been working out at my house, but this membership would greatly improve my training.
I’m so in!
I love love love yoga, but my gym only has limited times/classes. Also, Invivo’s room is just gorgeous. It would be nice to have the trainer session too to help me perfect some of my poses, as I know there are some (like plank) that I’m totally doing wrong. I’m doing really well with cardio, but three months of yoga would kick my strength training into gear.
Wow, very cool. I met PJ (a yoga instructor there) at his Shala in Brookfield several months ago. Then I started having more back problems and ended up having a complex spine surgery Jan 21st. I had 14 screws, 2 plates and 4 rods put in my spine but my neurosurgeon says I should make a complete recovery. March I get to start working out on the bike and elliptical and eventually will get to return to yoga. Hoping yoga will help me regain the strength and flexibility I had prior to surgery. Prior to surgery I was a marathon runner and endurance cyclist. This would be AMAZING to be able to use this opportunity.
I have heard so many good things about Invivo. I feel like yoga is the missing link in my workout routine.
Oh, I so need a good yoga place to go to…
So… I quit my gym membership a year ago because all I did was run, and I could do that outside. Now I’m suffering from an injury that prevents me from running, so I could really use the access to other cardio machines! Especially for these last few chilly months of the winter…
This sounds like a great opportunity. I’ve tried yoga in the past, and don’t think it went so well, as I was in a sea of many and couldn’t get the moves down. This would really help me get a better handle on it, and become more flexible. I have a goal of trying to touch my toes without bending my knees. Hasn’t happened since 4th grade.
I love Yoga, but haven’t had the funds to go to attend quality classes in while.
I have never been and yet enjoyed yoga classes when I took them a few years back. I still use some poses as they are a great way for me to cool down after a workout. My somewhat stressful life is always in need of more Zen, so to speak.
I’ve been to Invivo once for a yoga class and LOVED it. Yoga is something I’ve wanted to add to my workout routine but always end up doing the same-old running/eliptical/weights workout.
If I win maybe I could learn to touch my toes with my legs straight
I live on North Water on the other side of the broken Humbolt bridge and try to patronize the businesses effected when I can so that they can still be here when the bridge finally opens back up. Thanks for not giving up. I lost my job over a year ago and had to give up my gym membership. I had just tried out a yoga class and really liked it and would love to get back into it. It is sad that when you are unemployed and have time to do things you unfortunately don’t have the money. I know exercise is the best way to stay mentally fit as well as physically fit but with all the other adversity sometimes it is hard to see that. I hope I win. it would be a great motivator.

Count me it. I need to get back into the habit of yoga on a regular basis, and very little beats three months free. (Well, maybe six months free, but whose counting!)
