Mobile App Review – Geocaching by Groundspeak

If you haven’t heard of geocaching before, click here to read more about how it all works. It’s a lot of fun, enjoyed by adults and children, and can “trick” you into getting some exercise by distracting you from the hike you’re taking in search of hidden treasure. Mobile App Review – C25K by Alex Stankovic

If you’ve never heard of the Couch to 5K running program, check out this link for the program description. In a nutshell, it is a run/walk interval training program designed to take a person from a couch potato to being able to run for 30 minutes straight in roughly 9 weeks.
