Have you heard of Ellipse Fitness? Ellipse Fitness Centers are new to the Milwaukee area. They specialize in high-energy group exercise classes, strength training workouts and cardio kickboxing classes. And, speaking from experience, I can tell you that one class at Ellipse will kick some serious booty.

Work out to Eat? Eat to work out?

Some people exercise in an attempt to lose weight. Some people do so simply to stay healthy and fit or because they love the way it makes them feel. And then there are those who work out because of a llittle something called guilt. We feel guilty about eating whatever-kind-of-food-comes-on-a-stick this year at the State Fair so we hit the treadmill or the elliptical machine for an hour the next morning. Gym Humiliation: Embarrassing exercise moments

We’ve all had them. A slip. A fall. A trip. A drop. An inopportune fart. A wardrobe malfunction. But when you’re at the gym, these embarrassing moments can be amplified in severity because you are surrounded by people you don’t know.
