Inspiration via Pinterest

Everybody’s talking about Pinterest lately. Amy mentioned it a while back on this blog too. When I initially signed up I got really into pinning motivational fitness photos and mantras. What Moves You?

I’ve always been a mover. For many years, dance was a huge part of my life. I attended a performing arts school growing up and majored in dance in college. But while I was a natural performer, the draw of dance wasn’t about having everyone’s eyes on me onstage.  What I liked was being able to lose myself in the movement. Chapter One

It’s a Saturday morning in May. I’ve got my iPod on, a new cute running top, bright white sneakers and some shades. I burst out the front door of my house on a mission: I’M GOING TO RUN.
