Snacky Goodness

So I’ve been thinking a lot about the multiple small meals a day thing since I’ve been trying it myself and I wanted to pull together a short list of snacks that fall in the 100-200 calorie range. I realize that those 100-calorie packs are super popular but frankly, those things just don’t fill me up. I could probably eat 2 or 3 of them and still be hungry an hour later.
